Shipping & Delivery

Due to our goal of providing high performance products with prices as low as possible for our customers, we are currently a non-stocking retailer for most products.

Like most parts retailers, some products may take time to be delivered to us, before being shipped out to you. Many products display their expected availability, but this is not a guarantee. If you have any questions about how long it may take to receive an order, please contact us.

Product availability is displayed in business days or weeks.  Products are not available for shipping or pickup on weekends or holidays, unless arranged ahead of time.

Special orders may take extended periods of time to be manufactured or assembled before shipment from the manufacturer.

Shipping carriers and/or methods selected during checkout may be substituted by a similar shipping carrier and/or method by Wildcard Offroad Ltd.

Wildcard Offroad Ltd reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 10 day return or exchange policy upon delivery of unwanted products, provided that the product is not used, damaged, or altered in any form. Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. If an item was shipped with a free shipping option, any refund given will be less any shipping or freight charges. All refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returned products must include all original packaging, parts, manuals, and paperwork, and must be deemed resellable in the sole discretion of Wildcard Offroad Ltd.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us to authorize the return before you ship the product so that we may minimize confusion and delays. Products shipped back to us without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges are exempt from any promotions, including, but not limited to free shipping, coupon codes, and sales.

Installation or removal fees are not refundable.

Orders can not be canceled once they have been scheduled for pick-up by the carrier.

Open box, clearance, or used items are sold as-is and are not returnable.

Custom or special order products are considered a final sale as of the moment the order is placed, and are not eligible for a return.  If you mistakingly place an order for a custom or special order product, contact us immediately by both phone and email.  If we are able to cancel the order before placing it with the supplier or manufacturer, we may provide you with a refund or store credit.

Refusing delivery of a shipment does not waive our return policy. Order cancellations are subject to the same terms as our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately with any details and/or pictures of the damaged product, and we will do our best to assist you. Coverage of products damaged during shipment are subject to the shippers policies.

Wildcard Offroad Ltd is not responsible for any inconveniences caused by the shipment of incorrect, damaged, or defective parts, including, but not limited to storage fees, labour, additional parts, or down time.  Attempting to install or use a damaged or incorrect product may make the product ineligible for a return.

You must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery for damages, accuracy, and missing items.  Your signature on the carrier's delivery receipt indicates that you have received the shipment in good condition.  If the package was delivered without Wildcard Offroad Ltd requiring a signature, you must contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution.  Failure to report damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery indicates your acceptance of the shipment as delivered.

Warranties

Wildcard Offroad does not offer any warranties, expressed or implied, as we do not manufacture any products we sell. The manufacturers may offer warranties on their respective products, which are subject to the manufacturer's policies. We are happy to assist you contacting the manufacturer in the event that you have a warranty claim.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

While we make every effort to ensure the prices on our website are accurate, typographical errors may occur.  Wildcard Offroad Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed on incorrectly priced products, and in such case will issue a full refund for the amount charged.

Wildcard Offroad Ltd collects GST or HST for all orders shipped within Canada.  Our GST number is 805245529 and is printed on every invoice.  While Wildcard Offroad Ltd currently is not required to collect PST or QST, that does not necessarily mean you (the customer) are exempt from paying PST or QST in the province where your order is delivered.  Please contact your provincial government if you have any questions.

All prices are in Canadian dollars, and if paying with a credit card, will appear on your statement as "Wildcard Offroad Ltd".  Any and all fees associated with payments and/or refunds made by other methods are the responsibility of the customer.

Installation

All products must be installed by a professional.  While installation instructions, guides, or advice may be provided, Wildcard Offroad Ltd is not responsible for any injury and/or damages caused by incorrectly installed products or product failure.

Website & Correspondence

Product images may or may not accurately represent the item(s) being purchased.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the part numbers and description of the product match the item you wish to purchase.

Wildcard Offroad Ltd makes every effort to ensure all information, advice, application tables and catalogs listed on our website or provided by employees are as accurate as possible, however, they are provided to the best of our knowledge and may be outdated or incorrect.  It is the customers responsibility to confirm the compatibility of all products before placing an order.
